What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and anything you choose to tell us.
- Clients. When you become a client: the information we need to provide our services. This may include your tax file number, date of birth, address, identification documents, financial records, bank statements, employment, business, property and investment details, and information about related people, companies and trusts.
- Website visits. Standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and browser and device type, collected through cookies and website analytics. We use this in aggregate to understand how the website is used. It is not used to identify you.
Our online calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into a calculator is stored, recorded or sent to us.
We collect personal information directly from you where we can. Sometimes we collect it from others with your authority, for example from the Australian Taxation Office, your previous accountant, your bank or your employer.

You can browse the website and use the calculators without telling us who you are. To respond to an enquiry or act for you, we need to know who you are.

We handle tax file numbers only as permitted by tax law and the Privacy (Tax File Number) Rule 2015.
